Screw Pump at Bottling Plant: The Conditioning Monitoring Pod (CMP) modernizes and expands daily one-minute inspections. The CMP provides nearly a 360° view of the oil thanks to the crystal-clear, and chemically resistant Tritan Material.
Capture Ferrous Debris
The Hub on Ocean Dredger: A visible magnetic plug captures and displays ferrous wear debris. Both the corrosion indicator and magnetic plug are removable for further inspection thanks to a rotatable sight glass.
Simplified Sampling
Standard Flow Sampling: The CMP has a built-in sampling valve with an attached pilot tube for live-zone sampling. The access port enables easy syringe samples for simple field tests, as well as portable instrument probe inspections.
