Premium CSC Multipurpose Grease

JET-GOLD EP is a high-performance calcium sulfonate complex grease designed for demanding applications involving extreme pressure, water, heat, or chemical attack. The thickener system in JET-GOLD EP provides protective benefits similar to molybdenum disulfide, safeguarding equipment from wear under extreme load and slow speed conditions. JET-GOLD EP is effective in neutralizing acids and resisting reactions with caustic materials. It also prevents corrosion when exposed to phosphoric acid fumes. JET-GOLD EP can safely operate at a continuous temperature of 400°F (204°C) and withstands temperatures up to 550°F (288°C) provided the bearing is replenished every 30 minutes with normal quantities of grease. It can even endure occasional temperature spikes up to 600°F (315°C) for 5 to 10-minute periods without melting or carbonizing. ________________________________________________________________

• WATER / CHEMICALS: Phosphate processing, suction and wet end rolls on paper machines, outdoor cranes and ship lifts, boat trailer wheel bearings and other marine applications

• HIGHLY LOADED EQUIPMENT: Pellet mills, shaker screens, belt conveyor pulleys, slewing bearings, pins and bushings, centrifuges, hammermills, sealed work roll bearings, fan bearings and many others

• HIGH TEMPERATURE APPLICATIONS: Oven conveyor bearings, plastic extruder bearings, rotary unions on roto-molders JET-GOLD EP 2 is the preferred grade for electric motor bearings. Jet-Gold EP 2 may be used at DN speeds up to 250,000. ________________________________________________________________
